At Trelino Composting Toilets, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion choices. If your garment isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unwashed, unworn clothing back into its original eco-friendly packaging with all tags still attached.

• 3.
  Apply Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
